LIST VOUCHER REQUIREMENTS

A letter to Mr. Robert L. Childree requesting approval to use List Vouchers. The letter needs to explain the type of payments (examples below).

Tucker Wilson, Mack Reed or Bob Childree can give approval for an agency to use List Vouchers.
