Important Vendor File Information

• When incorrect Employer Identification Numbers are found on the vendor file, the incorrect number is put on hold. The first suffix usually 00 will have an explanation along with the correct number to use. If a vendor number is on hold and there is a purchase order or contract (PO) using the incorrect number then payment vouchers using this incorrect number will be allowed until the purchase order or contract is paid out.
• If you have POs that are using another FEIN that number will now be on hold. Contact Sue Blanton at 242-7075 and let her know what numbers you will need to make your payments against. Send these vouchers to Sue, marked as SPECIAL, for processing.
• A listing of vendor numbers that will be taken off hold, will be listed here as needed per your request.
